“I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.” , Philippians 4:13 (WEB)
Philippians 4:13 means that, through Christ's strength, Paul could face any circumstance, whether plenty or hardship, with contentment. It is not a promise that you can achieve anything you want; in context it is about enduring and being content in every situation because Christ gives the strength to do so.

Christ continually supplies the strength. The focus is on God's enabling power carrying a believer through, especially through hardship.
Paul wrote Philippians from prison. Just before this verse he says he has “learned the secret” of being content in any and every situation, whether full or hungry. Verse 13 is the secret: Christ's strength. So the verse is fundamentally about contentment and endurance, not personal achievement.
This verse is a steady comfort when life is hard: whatever you are walking through, Christ gives strength to endure it with peace. It is often quoted for sports or ambitions, but its truest use is in the difficult, low seasons, where contentment feels impossible without him.
